Corporate culture is heavily influenced by the leaders behavior - not any outside culture ambassador can replace or be the proxy .
It's fine not to having me as the consultant as I knew from the beginning, it's not a consultant assignment, I am only there to support.
Again : Trying to help is not helpful .
