My 3 days on the new role ia like one month . Intensive yet excitement.
Make deal is about mind share : you thinks but didn't work , close the deal and exercise on the new venture: it's time share - the commitment for time / energy put together , it's not really the FLOW but process & procedure.
And our new DEAL ? The 7 millions consultancy for one year spend less than 5 minutes over our 90 minutes conversation, you ask only 2 things :
1. Can I negotiate the fees ? I say , please don't .
2. Please do commit decent time on the McDonald, it's about what we pay for the CEO : I say : it's not about price but the value delivers. And I sure will .
I am blessed so I will continue to contribute and this is the journey we agree to walk together..
5 minutes for a 7 millions service deal : it's not about money , it about trust .
