Coaching teresa at AMBA

This is a new brand out out Ambassador Hotel , integrated with creative and art flavor - Hubert pet project to spin off at the 50 years of establish A hotel .
Teresa was hired for prepare the Hotel and to run it - for the second part. It seems not clear to both party . Teresa has proven track record in developing new hotel for owners and experience more than 10 project 20 years ago !
Culture adaption is the presentation topic Teresa choose from our pilot forum - I encourage her to volunteer and she accept it ! Until today I didn't know this topic bring her so much pressure.
Teresa shed her tears many times during our session . The key issue I see is :
1. Her love and passion in develop against her responsibly in operation
2. To conduct productive meeting with old management teams : for this she can't figure it out what to do
