Ambassador engaged many consultant to run the new business . Consultant provide ideas / review others ideas / offer solution / create work but rarely share the responsibility .
Co- create project and solution and at the same time to commit on process and procedure - if one more step further - respond for result - it will be perfect ! Although there is no legal binding , or will develop a sense of ownership for mutual party .
A solution and result driven consulting is what I call management consulting , what will the existing management team do and perform ?
