Day trip to Noah Wealth Management

Summary : 
What chin Bao and wen chin need :
1. Forming a forum for chin Bao 
2. Find chin Bao an executive coach 
3. NWM internal need :
- forum and coaching by my way : YPO and Roger ( LIM / PLG ) 
- trial of CTC model at executive retreat camp ( CTC with Action module )
- 3 days internal moderator / coach / facilitator development 
- CTC module on ( together - on the road - almost there - I am fine ) quarterly program ( 2 days one night )
4. Wen Chin
- forum foundation : to incubate coach and facilitator ; certified and re-certified coach and facilitator ; promote forum for entrepreneur ; make professorial executive potential coach - moderator in the future.
- ZH Chiang university family business school and forum development 
5. Private foundation 
- provide top class for those who can't afford high profile coaching and forum experience 
My observation : 
1. Company driver is not cope with its culture when I see him drive 
2. IPO company have husband to operate its training and development program might again corporate governance 
3. Potential political liability as chin Bao used to have a coach jailed due to ideology issue 
4. Too westernize machnism in conduct " touch your heart " workshop - break you before make you and result to trumatise executive 
5. Naive in believe foundation is a best way to demostrare it's good intention 
6. Health concern : fruit ; tea ; zen ; staff restaurant 
Decision :
1. My time commitment to partner with them :
- build a wellness center 
- participate as inaugurate member in the Forum Foundation 
2. My expertise in developing business relationship :
- Sep. one Friday for " YPO forum fundemental "
- Oct. 1.5 day CTC Module with " Action " after consensus built. 
- develop a 3 days " moderator workshop " for their internal coach / moderators 
- rationalize my chemistry with Chin Bao as her coach 
3. Retainer Development ? 
- deliver what ? And how ?
- expect result and take away 
- strategic Partner in which direction 
- financial reward to justifies initative 
- potential resources allocation conflict and trade off 
- slow yes and quick no in ?
