" don't stir the deep-fry vegetable unless you have decide " the Japanese noodle shop clerk yell at me 10 minutes ago when I check the noodle counter at misukoshi dept : food court .

I am not anger but I did reflect on what Meilijg told me : don't wash you chopstick in the dish , please precisely pick and take the food to your plate .. 

I don't know whoelse will feedback on my blind spot like this . I should know how to improve it - this is certainly a doe hard old habit .
