I am fighting for renew contract with transglobe

Pick Diana's brain and know Isabel is moving my retainer role out - as my 6 sense told me , the trust build with Diana let her share this honest with me. I won't create problem to her but to have her think about it.

Share the same issue with Stiven , he is not happy about what Isabel proposed : although roger is good , we can invited other to do the same session : what Stiven disagree is " mind and spiritual " should not to move from one to another ,the metaphor is : you follow one religion master this year and switch to the other , it's hard to build value and culture for transglobe .

 Stiven asked if I may come up with a grand " culture / value " project and incorporate the EC workshop inside . This is a better approach for new contract .

 I will check and see how the development goes : between husband and wife ; employee who control the resource and owner who make the call ,
