Rebirthing breath

I practice what dr yang taught last night and do it while sleep .
1. Peaceful mind 
2. Relax my body 
3. Close mouth 
4. Toughe tilt to up inner mouth roof 
5. Nose breathing : in and out count 7(4 times per minutes )
6. You feel relax and floating and breathe come to a balance 
7. Energized and woke up much earlier ,
Uber this morning :
1. Call no car the first round 
2. Second will come in 18 minutes 
3. Here comes a Mercedes Benz
