Xingwei reflection

I didn't go through 1/15 of the slides , actually , I only use 3 slides out 91 - go with the flow is my style and my bias . Reflection :

1. Kids are hungry for peer leader , these student differ from others as they take up school operation committee : deal other adult , with non students and deal with money .

2. They were born after my hay days : knew nothing about coco . Sky or ukulele , only terry who win his second coming.

3. Question I am stucked : what's empathy for ? I explained for a while then I realized empathy if for effective communication .

4. Only introduction frame work but not entering the real scenario : we need more time .
