He is a thinker , slow to react but to inject all his wisdom ; he is a nature born music appreciater : earn his respect by developing so many Japanese jazz talent and appreciate : maintain friendship since . He is a true friend who always think others before him .

2.how you develop friendship :

 Sony music brought us together , we glue by music and melting to life long friendship . The more we connect the more we admire each other , and our frendhsip extend from music to other field in life until last day.

3. The unforgettable memories :

- on his retirement party in Tokyo , the date set at 2008.08.08 and the jazz concert begin at 8:00 pm , it's a typhoon night , if I am right , Corbett ( once recording artist under sony music Japan ) and I were the only 2 non-Japanese flying to this memoriavle event , all the big jazz figure tribute to him on stage , playing great music and his beautify wife present him a beautiful flower , he is wearing a white suit and it's a great night for reconize a respect and lived music executive .
