Number 13 and number 4

I see some elevator in some cities don't have the 13th or 4th floor - they simply skip it or use 12-A B to eliminate 13.

If you are in retailing biz especially in the field you need to issue numbers - orders - sequence , if you must do it in sequence , the 12 A B or 3 A B may apply , if in order of sequence is not apply , then why not simply omit the unlucky numbers ( I means in some countries ) and make Everyone happy ? You call the number from 1-20 without use 4 or 13 . As simple as that .

It apply to my question to ww2 movies - no matter how good the film is , we ( or the America film director ) set the tone for German bad guy - stupid guy ; American good and smart : what will the box occur reflect to this discrimination although its base on war history ( or winner's tationale ) this is the question I have in mind . 

Do they ever show all the anti-nazi movies in German and how is the movie critic tell ?
