Second team up with Jorge

It went well actually , we spend 3 hours discuss his materials and revise / improve to more dynamic - interactive process and on the last session - when half of the members want to leave earlier , I have to share his viewpoint : the platinum rule yet the golden rule with him and we did a good closing :

Hartman's " true color " to tell your personality - exchange card and better your card . Then 4 colors groups sharing is a very profound tool , easer than Mbrg or DISC . We had a good session together at class .
