1. Wake up 5:20 am for bus leaving by 6:00 am
2. 06:30-07:50 :Sleep in the bus
3. 10:45-11:30 sleep somewhere
4. 13:20-15:30 sleep somewhere
5. 19:00-21:30 sleep on coach
6. 00:30-06:15 sleep on bed
I don't drink coffee all day yesterday , I had desert at home and my weight is 73.6 kg now .. No good
