What a inspirational morning

1. Royce send his update 4:30 am in the morning , I don't take it a late be a prudent message - he will lead and make the change happen at IPEVO and I will be with him ...

2. Steve reply my mail which address what Royce did at YPO education chair and Steve's warm reply kick in my Transformaion circle - isn't it beautiful 

3. Kick off my swimming commitment this morning at Regent - easy start : 5 round 10 lapses but I felt so good . Taken another 10 minutes sun bath - it's a good morning .

4. Greeting elite and Shirley at lobby - their warm again warm my day and going out at the alise . The words post outside the little church is even inspirational : if you don't like see the heart test line flat , you better accept the up and down life in positive way ...

5. How come when looking for cafe , someone spot me and send me a message greeting : the social NPO who I see 2 weeks before when moderate the session .

6. Having coffee and line chat with Meilijg -- isn't it wonderful .

7. Book : just kids and latee stand bye.. What else can you complain ?
