Diverso to Divorce

Diverso forum aims to inclusive all differences , if not celebrate the difference ., at least to accept it . Well , the burst out conflict between 2 members got me thinking : and this is my conclusion to myself :

1. Forum is not everything , it's not life 

2. Conflict resolution ain't easy 

3. We don't hi-jack a group to again people you don't like 

4. The value is not what you give but also what you get : don't put it on priory but just try your best .

5. You do have bias to some people even some race, you don't stereotype it as the culture label , rather take it as a personal mark - personality ect

Bangkok meeting is a forum meeting and at the same time to resolve the conflict , I don't know what outcome will be , as I reset my priority , I don't want to hold my pressure commit to come every time , there is exception in life , for Diverso , I am taking my exceptions - and yes it's a divorce to me to the forum .
