Queen

A bad ticketing experience : the wording is inhuman and the ticket office don't response to customer need , I am consider not to place Order from it now .
1. You credit more than 20.000 NT and there is no confirmation mail or text message 
2. No clear answer to when the ticket will sent ? Only repeat blur answers 
3. I told the call center rep that I am welcome recording as I want other to hear the customizes voice loud and clear 
4. Not implite but inpatient .
 Glad I made the call and make sure the transaction is complete and my tickets is sitting to be sent ( cross my finger )
