And 77 years ago on July 7th. Japan warlore invasion Beijing and kick off the 8 years of China - Japanese war as part of ww 2 .

I  am in Beijing on July 7th for the YPO Excom strategic planning workshop - first experience to conduct a YPO team building - it seems works : from why to how and bring the itimacy to the room then jointly create the " mission and vision  " follow with the goal and strategy - I like it .
