About con call and YPO matters

I don't know this is the first time regional officer doing this :

1. It seems recevier don't understands why doing this 

2. Reading material should send earlier 

3. It's good to learn how to connect via con calls 

4. We finallize the multi forum retreat issue :

- if come no forum for their own retreat : how to compensate johei?
