Transglobe CTC module 3 : almost there

Thanks to Sophia on our last session dated April 10, she suggest to change " not there yet " to " almost there " a positive approach : the strength we need in current Transglobe circumstances .

" DSAH " is what I found to connecting all the dot in the session and it went well : life is not about the date , but the date .

  We have 2 new member : Vincent and steven and we run a good deepening connection session : " who comes for dinner "

" Kung toug " church do inspired many - especially when saw James Chuang reignite his passion - a true salesmanship . Da Ming gave me a fare comment : the soft part is enough , in next sessions , we should pick up all the pieces and run a positive team and to inspired others 

 Allen share his gratitude to Hubert in public - this is to my surprise .

I promise to run next and 4th module at ambassador hotel and follow up buy everyone dinner at A - Cut. 

 It's good to conduct 3rd module this way . My reflecting ;

1. To resonate my personal experience jr when hearing everyone do their communication starter is good.

2. Use written cards as a comfidenciality update is good.

3. OST work longer break is good .

4. Can be better
