Bernie : family board

Bernie's idea : it works for me and other family 

- family / business / shareholders : the focus is too complicated for forum 

- no laywe or accountant as board memeber , hire but not seat

- nose in , hand off ( board )

- have the board members as good as forum brothers but not to have forum brother be the board memeber 

- culture trumph strategy
