DU is a great coaching method

Diary Update : 
Pick one thing / Take one photo / Tag one line which you think is importsnt to you today and write your updates :
1. What is the thing ?
2. Why it is important to me ?
3. My feeling and emotion attach to it ? 
Process :Non stop diary for at least 66 days to see the mental exercise can bring you what change in the mindset .
And how it will influence on your behavior 
- diary routines is a commitment 
- none stop 21 times develop a change and for 66 times it anchor the change 
- with an CTO protocols 
- a reflection and introspective process to see your inner change 
- participate with your coach as mutually idea exchange .
Coach :
1. Check the DU to learns the change 
2. Spot on any perticular emotion the client is process now 
3. Read the unwritten 
4. Take it as an in-person coaching support as ice breaker 
5. Coach behave as authentic as client
