? About reducing productivity : due to the inhuman organization and wrong system and the top 3 simple rules drive this fed :

1. Clearify 2. Efficiency 3. Measurement 

 So most of the organization devote time and energy in achieve the above 3 which will end up with a FAIL - the only good thing about it is your predictable failures do have someon to accuse and accountful .

 Then he -  the speaker share the Olympic 400 women relay race as a good example : why the top 2 fastest runner team : USA lost it to Frances in the end .

 I agree some of his assumption and thinking how my involved in A Zone is not to create a : fail for sure organization or to use the 3 productivity tools : clearify ; efficiency and measurement .. My question : what is a better way to increase result
