A day as student / observer and by stander

JR lee launch a 4 company senior talent development program , he invited Kevin and me as the core for this pilot run - 14th is the second day and I was there full day :

1. JR is more experience and handle the class well : linguistic graffiti similar to KC or Kevin - this is the blind spot we need to be aware 

2. Teaching and leaning isn't sycronization as my experience told me .

3. Maggie is the prospective for coaching 

4. Kevin deliver too much and lost the taste of time control and ending in rush 

5. I have craft a module and template to JR right after .

Allen told me in his chamber that JR wasn't response for the SEED since last June : kind of " well .. So ... " 

Always a learning to me .. My season on June 17.18. I thinks I can deliver it my way ..
