He is in a hurry to leave - the first time I see him not in the session . Maybe next time we should have a " check in " for how long we have for the session before session begin:

1. Coach is like lady - someone else's eecognition is a proof .

2. 3 way to be coach :

- class and certification process : tell those who don't know you that you can.

- reading : demand come from your self interest or need to perform your practice in real life 

- experience : it came from 2 direction , your offering the session or people ask you too . And you need either rich knowledge and experience to perform , certification comes last unless your think about reaching out and take it as an profession .

To me : my introspective :

- don't take fame and fortune as its primary goal 

- coaching is a gold mine , but not everyone will find his gold in the end 

- you sell them shave and everyone need tools to dig : either train the coach or for certification process 

Energy level check : feeling approach or in the future , more scientific approach .
