Emotion in pre coaching set up

I am in tears at the last section with Kong Hai who and his daughter potentially will engaged with my coaching for succession plan . I feel the love a father to his only daughter and the delima between the company I build and the child I raised .

Long Hai is rationale and emotional , I learn a lot from him this morning and appreciate his time with me . We set our goal is to write a good case here and make a chapter for others to review after.
