Shu In is leading Hubert

It's a sad and bad things happen to H and I can't calm it down now .

As a coach : I suppose to correct wrong to right or at least to have him think it over .

As I said to Shu:

1. If he don't know , you have the obligation to share your fact and feeling 

2. If he knows and don't / can't handling it : he is not a leader to follow but only a friend to remember . 

It's a fatal personality that lead to a less friend , no supporter situation and it's a pity to see things getting worst .

I don't mind if I can contribute and don't really care how others in She Kai talk about me . I am only here to help H and it change is not happening - then I won't be able to grand my help and realize my value to him.
