- in the end it's feeling never what you deliver

- freedom is your minds can determine yes or no

- helps good people and good business 
- fees or free quarantino policy . You don't what to suffer your quality of feelings 
5. Negociation golden rule : slow yes and quick no 
6. how you paresite to client 
- you performing listening 70% 
- ask for 20% of your allocate time 
- 10% shout on possible change 
7. When offer free advise 
- connect with owner 
- bridge owner and professional managers 
- find your value and identify stake in the entity 
8. Different between Consultant and Coach 
- consultant provide solution and monitor on delivery ( mainly focus on business )
- coach asking thought - provoke question ( mainly focus on people ) 
- consultant on system , coaching on individual.
