Caravelle doorman

First he greet - with a smile
15 minutes later : he asked if I should wait inside as it's hot outside
30 minutes later : he said I've been waiting too long and ask me to call my friend in case he forgot.
Then I call and Calvin told me driver is waiting -- thanks to the doorman and what a communication break down ..
