1. Regular Exercise: walking ; mountaineering; swimming ; gym sauna
2. Smile everyday.
3. Sleep for 6 hours per day
4. Meditation regularly
5. Long retreat for month long per year
6. Writing and Teaching the coach
7. Spend Time with my Kids
8. Build a living will .
