One and a half day for 100.000 NT compensation. You hardly can judge it's fair or not . It's a city commute airline and Shanghai is only 90 minutes away from Taipei.
It's getting dark here , raining and colder than Taipei .. as normal , I will prepare class in my room , buy something from Fami mart , hot shower and get ready for tomorrow .
