Done A Zone assignment and re org

It's a change of role and change of mood : I prepare myself to conduct this task - the paradigm shift is not to please anyone but to echo to my role and responsibility- turn around and build a sustainable entity until end of the BOT.

Teresa is sacred as she is not prepare to be my one down and to handle top executive turn over . KC is an outsider even though he commit to support me , I am in the organization and the system to perform and influence as well .

Fu : can't say he is shock - the syndrome will develop in next 24 hours - the agreement : release role and responsibility at A Zone. Resume full function as CEO for foundation and effective by Nov. 10. Move our from current office - the symbol of power and transaction with Teresa ... this will create another ambiguity to Teresa ..

Li Kwang : agreed to take the servence pay and let go by Dec. 7th . Not taking the transfer and down grade assignments.

To All : my message: change for better, come with a passion and I am beginning to like you .

I am in Huailien : lovely east coast of Taiwan and I perform a cruel thing - organizational change - change the org and impact people .
