It's a busy Taipei day off - off to Spirox and On at FWS - Wedsneday morning, spend the entire morning with Su Hui , not only tell him how to construct .the web, but a brief education of what Executive Coach is and how YPO Forum can apply to the corporate world? the time worst spending I guess. as least, we have a template and some content generate already.
Lunch with Steven Lin at Tien Chung house - a restaurant run by Roger - the owner of KO before, I havn't been there for sometimes and decided to invite Steve over for lunch. this is for the compensation of not able to attend the Celimi Workshop he co-run with Vincent - the consultanting firm owner who I am not in found of. curiostly about what the relations between them, the answer is they are strategic partner, Steven specilize on Strategic, and Vincent is good at devleoping training or consulting tools. so. this is. Steve asked me a few question and focus on one start up company he is not acting as CSO and CFO, an Industrial Design House which come out of the iPad Moat - a great design and look, I really love it. and I decided to follow what they are doing and see the team next Monday. to be honest, I will buy the iPad2 because of the Moat.
Another 2 hours with Eric Tseng, my YPO good friend, we set up the appoinmtment at Starbuck on CID building, it's too noizy so I brought him up to our office for an indepth talk, about his issue and issue in Forum, thank God I really can deliver, Eric feel much better after the talk and he drove me to my next meeting with Michael and Yen - i_Peer, Eric drove a Mazda car himself, I respect his down to earth attitude whenever others take him at the target to humiliate. I honor him and will keep the friendship as long as I can, planning time to see him and John at the new company, he raise another 200 millions for the company and now he is thinking the way out and do what he love.. spent more time with me is what he mentions. well, if I may. I will help him sign up for the comong 3rd Mandairn Forum - or maybe I should take the initaive from next round.
a Peer's meeting is very non productive, maybe this is how the music industry going to the end end. or I left too long, taking control of the meeting and get the reuslt down in 50 minutes.. yes, this is what I did and then hand it over to Yan and it drag for another one hours with no productivity.. yes, this is, I should be careful about how to help this company.
