- we grow them to managers' position without leadership development
- vicious competition for higher position is taking place
- we are not happy with our client, our technology should be utilize - or we should develop our own product - a better than APPLE product
- funding team in bonding well - especially been through difficulty togerher, what Fourm value can bring further?
- Outplacement might be an option, how to do it right?
