It's a good surprise to received Lin's call, after graduation from junior high, I don't think we met before, his call is imply a good message, if our schorship to Chen Sin High School running short, he is willing to fill the gap.
By chating over the phone, I confirmed a few things:
1. Yes, he is the tycoon who grow eel in Kwang Tong provice and turn rich.
2. His son is going to study in the States.
3. Lin Chi Shung, one of my best classmate is not doing well, second marriage and his own business didn't work out
it's good and I am going to make the trip to see him via my China routine next. probably in Sep. if the coaching training wasn't on schedule.
Calling Vivian - HR manager or director to Amberall Taiwan, she is not so easy to handle, every HR specilist had its pet product or relationship to keep, this is how she or he survives, I shall be very careful in handling this situation. Fermi is helping and I am going to make this lady a kitchen cabiner of me, by conducing what the influence book taught - a small favor to grant - that's next Thursday.
Celine forward one potential client - Chen Kao Construction, review and prepare this company's basic information, quite an intersting company to coach with, if the chance getting real.
Calling Hans the third time from last week, no feedback or response still, maybe all the HR head is cynical, right? or I miss something from the bottom, I better find out tomorrow.. and favor to grant? maybe the Chi Fon cake is a good start tomorrow.or Lou Tien Lu's delicacy, maybe..
To initaive client, contact the liason, prepare the proposal and finalize product is quite a process, not to mention the markeing work havn't been done yet. but ,it will pay off as to start from where you are, not from where you image you will be is a realistic approach, I should do it very prudent and one step at a time.
