Learning about Being an Executive Coach

-- David H : be concern about the coach you are going to sale, it's not easy, for me, I need a Listing company Chairman to provide coach, Su Hai want to coach me, well, it's difficult.
-- James Wang Wei - Sercom : I am cynical about your " Executive Coach " postioning, I am looking for my coach now and serching from the State. the criteria: 65 years old, retire success CEO, with phycharist study acdemaic backgroud, Phd preferred and with proven coaching track records.
-- Mary : the alumi from CFF and current coach in China : it's been overused in China, the market if full of so called " Coach ", everyone can easily attend a 3 days coach program and obtain his certificate, without hours for coaching experience or any offical coaching training, it's a " copycat " market now.
-- Alex Em: The executive search expert : you know Mr. Lee... who was the most renowned HR office from TSMC and now an executive coach in Greater China, he told me it not easy to collect fees as executive coach as the measurment is not clear and the deliverable is not solid, instead a cheer leader similar team building is much welcomed.
-- Patrict Chen : executive is too busy to attend any coaching program, really and if you want to influence leaders, why not join the life academy? or at least to process their program?
