I can't really says too much but I am happy I regain trust and be a truly coach again .

You can't involved too much otherwise you will be bias 

You can be too distance otherwise you can be no empthy 

You encourage them to speak and on the final spot - they really talk and you beginning to listen .

It's a 87 minutes session . 

What behavior change you expect from your coachee ? And do I really need to set expectation ?
