Guru ji stress free and meditation process

1. Massage your face : your eyebrows musual / rolling eye balls / your forehead / your chin .
2. Breath cycling : 3 fingers on top of nose / no name finger on left size nose / open both / breath in / block right side nose hole / Brearh in from left side nose / open right side nose hole - block left side / Brearh out - do it for how many times ?
3. Meditation: eye close and feel your weight getting lighter - relax
