Why follow Monday rule

Woke up 5:00 am , can't really lying on bed . Do recreation job by 6:00 am and begin my working pattern , I question myself : why I should follow the white caller routine since I am not one of them ?
Doing / revise Space ppt and gain a few leaning , the most important one :
⭕️ the benefit of " Goal " cycling :
- goal setting : aware of something going to change ( paradime shift - positive energy) 
- goal pursuing : sustain the happiness of reaching and action ( diffuse and sustain )
- goal achieving : relief and happy by complete one task ( short but sweet )
 We create we images and we become .
⭕️ greeting those who might impact by typhoon .
⭕️ follow coaching scheduling 
⭕️ review week to do : only the span of 7 days 
⭕️ prepare coaching process :
- to improve or to reform is a feeling - once people follow your thought and turn it into action - you feel good in the process not necessary the results 
⭕️ morning coffee at the stand by cafe 
Self awareness:
- why Meiling said I am too scare of death ? When hitting the rock at the cave and consider withdraw , she asked me go keep moving and lower my body .
- when the water supply is in danger , I am look up for water everywhere and survey the nearby convince stores to prove I am right .
- when empty for 3 days , I tried to rationalize what value I generate and conform myself I am not wasting time .
- when bring back to the middle class mindset , I lost the bold to do good work or workout resource on hand . ( especially when hear we spend half a millions already ) 
- dose my " too conservatives " protect me from trap in deep trouble ? And keep coaching a comfort zone of my own ?
