Learning from execution :

1. Test :

- when you arrive ? Why ?

- on an empty bus , you will take single or double occupancy seat ! Why ?

2. Communication starter :

- set the mood ( CTO / Be Brave to )

- tell us something we don't know about you ( from light to heavy , from business's to family and personal )

3. Level 4 & 5 listening exercise :

- consolidate worksheet ( framing your emotional story and use the active listing check list to listen / record )

- group framing - group centering - pairing 

- feedback about what you listen to ( for those she didn't say and to double check ): it takes 2 to know 1.

- group sharing : how you feel ? What you hear ? Learning ?

4. Finish what you start : even it take longer time , make it worth while .

5. Your participate and not as observer make a difference .
