Where is my self awareness

If you only feel anxious , your uncomfortable feeling won't go away .
If you want to sort it out , please do it one by one and once at a time.
If you self awareness can't help you , you need to do something else such as meditation .
If you wish to perform as an appropriate coach / facilitation , you must regain your capability in handling your own emotion. 
Is it man's menopore ? I better find it out.
What I can do :
1.reading redirect my focus 
2.meditation tuning my alpha wave 
3.exercise will distribute more positive energy .
4. Connect with nature may work somehow .
