Coaching still

First 2 lines to H:

1. Past don't equal to Future .

2. If one don't help himself , no one else can .

Then the defense and offense begin - it create obstacle in communication , if this is boundary , I can accept it , if this is the wall , it's hard to climbe .

I honestly express but not explain or debate until things can be talked . A zone is not an option for us - reporting relationship will ruin the coaching base and I am not in the right Positon to turn around things not determined by me.

The worst scenario - a good friend , better scenario - coach with reward , even better scenario - life coach with high rewards .... For this I need to purify my mind .
