Dilemma in coaching today

- caught in between is a nature happen ofttn when working in family biz - professional need to adapt it 

- partner / spouse / shareholders role mix in running a big company - you are run into people issue all the time.

- what is a convincing threat and how a calculate risk can take the consequence ?

- what If the difference come from the top and not influence by others ?
