1. Movie is a very difficulty and different task, I know I can't do it by myself , so I become the leader to put together a team to achieve my goal , then I learn that I am a leader
2. I only follow experience but not reading or learning from book . I am not saying reading is bad , but to tell to this is not the way I learned.

6. Early wisdom : very few ; late wisdom ; 20-30 , the rest are zombie : doing and thinking were different and they can't figure out why .
