The things : lunch with one coachee to celebrate our anniversary of DU.

The Why : non stop 365 days DU transform both of our life , the track of live is meaningful especially you clearly witness change happen in front of you .

Take Away :
1. Pass it forward and influence people who have the will and way to embrace change
2. A possible log for publishing meaningful pieces as a collaboration work .
3. Make believe little something create ripple effect .
F & E : warm and appreciate , relief my 2 days heavy stress

DUI#41:
The Things : complete my " work face " Virgin sharing toning .

The Why : Sunny keen in developing work face and I am returning favor for the past years .

Take Away :
1. Change to reflect my leaning and experience since 2011.
2. Exciting to so many young talent participate and focus on the topic I created
3. Bless on what I do and polishing even more
F & E : comparison and kindly will traveling . Create the space and hold the space is a sacrifice moment .
DUI#42:
The things : visit my military college's house at 桃園，and spend the whole day .

The why : an oral promise done many months before but never fulfill it . We are friends for 3 decades and he is a professional military officer and retire from the army 10 years ago.

Take Away :
1. Bring back the memory before I got married and pay visit to the site of military camp I serve before .
2. Good friend share the same life story before . In the army brotherhood is everything and promise is a promise .
3. Old by egg outlook but never your heart .
F & E: time goes by ; dream will die if you don't pursue it in time

DUI#44:
The Things: home sweet home and recall of the childhood memory

The Why : continue my second day of " visiting old friend " and return my childhood house in 斗六，it's a police officer dormitory . Father was a olive officer here and I spend my childhood life from 7-15.

Take Away :
1. See old things give you a comfort , a good old days feeling no matter how you live a humble and insufficient living .
2. Gives me a chance to review what make a difference between me and other childhood classmate .
3. Listen to there story . Some connect and some distance
4. Reconnect memory when having street food which I used to have in my childhood .
F & E: home is where you build tangible and intangible things together . Hometown is the place offer peace of mind .
DUI#45
The things : taking Highway Bus back to Taipei.

The Why : again , the trilogy 3 for my 3 days old friend visit and old home reconnection .

Take Away :
1. Haven't been taking highway bus for many years , the 3 hours trip is an " on the road " nostalgia .
2. Re-Imagine my teenage times in 斗六，40 years ago painting different colors to our life .
F & E: calm and deep thinking . You can't turn back the clock and you can't relive the life again .

DUI#46:
The Things : prepare a birthday surprise to our mutual friend Steve Vai.
The Why : as fhe connection getting stronger and intimacy become nature , your caring become another habit to follow . Steve is one of the rare case I spend time and mind with .
Take Away :
1. Thanks to current technology which can remotely doing almost everything in a profound effectively way .
2. Excitement build up not because of the cake but the whole process .
3. Development a Heath circle among Steve's friend

The Things : conduct a group HR annual conference for Regent Hotel Group and done the " Open Space Technology Meeting skill " for them .

The Why : invite to reconnect with the group and do a bilingual workshop in the morning . Open Space aim at " passion is the ownership " " market generates experience sharing "

Take Away :
1. Absence of boss is the first step to create save place
2. Knowing the individual kick off the trust connection
3. Openness is for demonstration not for explanation .
F & E : hierarchy is invisible , only owner ignore its existence . Breve to talk broke the ice .

DUI#48:
The things : provide forum experience for a YPO member's company on their annual conference.

The Why : peer exchange and peer coaching become a must have leadership trait . As trainer is rare in the market , I was asked to conduct taste of corporate forum session.

Take Away :
1. As long as a confidentiality protocol built . Nature flow grow.
2. The difficulty for every participant is inclusive : inside the circle and perform equally respect among one another .

F & E : back to human is a life lesson , reflect always and celebrate the difference.

The Things : Talents Fly 2016 event kick off press conference at Eslite Book Duan Haw store .

The Why : as Sky Wu take the lead as the featuring champion . Many talents and media draw attention to it , as the same time " Talents Fly " become a known non profit aim for social relay and connect talents .

Take Away :
1. Authentic charity and pure purpose create meaningful results - 12 super artist record video i.d. Endorse on our initiative.
2. You need profession to run procession : more than 50 media turn out on holiday - a collective efforts by expert.
3. Music And Art are universal languages. Love is powerful than words .

The Things : lunch mediation with my Vietnam forum bro at park Hyatt HCM city

The Why : coming for experiencing new international forum . Existing forum bro insist to meet me before my session begin . He send the car to airport and meet me at P Hyatt and we take the lunch a mutual mediation session : deep and introspective dialogue on his return from Nepal .

Take Away :
1. Meditation take place every now and here as long as you presently fully .
2. One on one get you more - you go deep by your own discretion and dive ..
3. Brother is brother - friend you commit after 50 is rare and should be cherish .

The Things : first day experience at HCM city with Tiger Forum .

The why : invited to join when met a few of them in Dubai . Commit to come and be with myself in a new forum environment .

Take away :
1. If you compare , you are using head more than heart .
2. If you compete , you see only outside but blinded inside.
3. Focus on vital few yet the trivial many .
F & E : when in Rome , do as Rome's do . Self - awareness keep you at now moment .
DUI#52
The Things : Tiger Forum day 2 and closing .

The why : as in any forum , once people know you breath the air of forum , you can't escape from moderating the moment forum sticks . I was asked to guest in one FSFE , it end up taking the whole session till closing.

Take Away :
1. If you say you know it , you better know it well as any moment you will be put on the show .
2. Opportunity to serve is a paradigm shift . If the mindset trapped , you will feel you are serve for others and won't resonate as a forum mate.
3. Try it . Change begin with doing things you don't want to .

DUI#53:
The Things : back to NTU and deliver speech to International Business Dept. A 3 hours reflection .

The Why : Professor Chuang from National Taiwan University been a good friend with me for 2 decades and this is my 8th time to do my speech at his class - sharing content swift from industry know how to human development . And it's a reflection to see myself .

Take Away :
1. If you can't really analyze yourself , focus on talking to yourself and identify you are the person you want to communicate with .
2. From employee to self-employee , you see the thinks from varies angel .
3. When grow up , things getting blur and blur , you can no 100 % sure answer in life .
4. Only story telling works - you share your story and people resonate .
F & E: when I was young ...

DUI#54:
The Things : fly in Shanghai afternoon for a coachee 360 degree interviewing .

The Why : a new client from Shanghai who strike coaching agreement with me in May but won't meet until end of July . Take 360 interviewing and tele-coaching as first step.

Take Away:
1. A blind date without conducting " personal retreat " before any coaching is difficult .
2. Seeing inside and from outside complete the view of the person . The very truth : no one is perfect .
3. Easy Yes might trade off with a challenge process .
4. CTO wins again : people feel comfortable to disclose under safe environment .
F & E: all the easy job been taken already , you only stand out or buried down .

DUI#55
The Things : coming to 朱家角 for forum meeting .

The Why : find a near - by Shanghai location and transfer every forum meeting to an overnight stay and consolidate to 6 meetings per year .

Take Away :
1. Overnight brings more intimacy to forum and can spear time utilize 4SFE.
2. Chinese old town looks all the same and similar to 老街 in Taiwan - no stand out and unique something to represent the difference .
3. My take away from sharing : 每個人都看到真相，但沒有人能真正看到一隻象。
4. Resonation and reflection trigger emotions .
F & E : tired due to flying too intensive and devoting too much energy . Home sick .

DUI#56
The Things : tour to a forum bother's new venture : Lady Bee . By leverage his resource / networking / passion , he is creating a gigantic " fan economy " base on teenage female in China.

The Why : heard him talk about it for year and today to witness how he realized his dream : resign from Chairman / CEO role at an IPO firm he build and moving forward to his passion after 25 years .

Take Away :
1. Passion driver , I see the tv talent show , the theme park , the theme store , the theater / editing room and recording studio all in one place and feel how he commit to his dream .
2. Bring back my old days in the entertainment field , some good and some nightmare .
3. Foresee how " IP / VR / Fan-Social community / Direct Broadcasting " will taking next economy in storms .
4. China is the land of mass ...
F & E: if I know I won't be fail , will I reconsider returning to entertainment industry . Young at heart .
DUI#57

The Thing : 4 company join corporate forum at NTU Hung's memorial hall.

The Why: my EMBA professor JR Lee ask me to integrate coaching to the leadership curriculum for 2 days program

Take Away :
1. Mass scale corporate : 10 teams from 4 different is a challenge . It take 2 hours to buy in.
2. Vulnaviality happens on site when conduct the johari window exercise .
3. JR Lee check with me during dinner if a Lee & Lee consultant firm a viable opportunity after he see the outcome .
4. Coaching skill development harder than I thought . Gift is essential .
F & E : a proven model apply to non YPO company is a true blessing .
DUI#58:
The Things : second day for joint corporate forum workshop session at NTU

The Why: 2nd full day program develop and design by me. Running and sharing 3 ways of coaching : self - coaching ; Peer coaching & pair coaching .

Take Away :
1. If none of the team members learn how to be a moderator . Meeting will stuck from rog beginning.
2. Open is a continue practice & trust takes time .
3. Environment build up by expert , sustain by everyone .
F & E : relax and feel bless to connect with people who open their heart to you .

DUI#59
The Things : Keelung temple market and traditional market trip with Meiling

The Why : after 2 intensive workshop for 80 plus corporate managers , I am take a light day ask drove to 基隆 for a mid day trip

Take Away :
1. Temple market is a street food cluster , local delicacy bring back the memories when I was little .
2. Traditional market operate since Japan occupation , at a 100 years old market , you can breathe the air with many flavor .
3. Relax and walking with wife without agenda / purpose sometime you connect deeper .
F & E : easy , light , wandering and soft .

DUI#60

The Things : from a coaching session and leant how " value " and " believe " stick on people's mind .

The Why : it takes 2 to know one , as a coach , you sometimes provoke people to get to a deepening emotion level and get to know how you can really provide your support

Take Away :
1. Only trust can bring out the true feeling.
2. A coach is not to align with coachee's value but to acknowledge his value.
3. Ying & Yang complete everything , we need to see the other side of everything .
