It's like treasure hill at Kuang Kwang Taipei but better renovated - you keep a Chinese flavor and attract people who develop an ancient china nostalgia -- to see is good , to live you have to overcome a few things :
1. The rooms were all connected with same roof - sound proof is bad
2. Air conditioner doesn't function well.
3. No place to eat and it's not disable friendly
