We are thinking about the same question, what is our expectation in 2017 for our coaching program ?
1. We agreed in 2017 is the final year to end the 3 year program :
- first year : Stiven / James
- second year : Stiven / Jason
2. I have my own way to handle personal and family issues and I did reflection all the time
3. What would you want to do with this company is the only thing stuck Me .. and I don't have the answer
4. Risk taker : as long as I can access it and afford to take it , then I will go . Like ski in Japan .
5. People come because of me , my responsibility is attached to people . Some of the management team is detach. It's not a good spirit.
6. For sales , the performance to me is not measured by figures: if this is the case , please well communicate with keys take holders, if you only talk at the performance review , it will be deem as defense , it won't be good to you.
