Learning 2 days with JR Lee

Professor Lee treat me at a partner. Lite-On senior take me as a professor . I spend 2 half day at NTU Hung's memorial hall for LEAD module C-4 .
According to JR : teach foe executive:
- introduce " framework " knowledge
- systematic in delivery
- action learning mindset
Day 1: the ABC in organization ( CSOP is his teaching principal: Culture - Strategy- Organization & Operation- People ) and I am response for the PC module .
- how to 1. Alignment: horizontal & vertical
- how to 2. Balance : old and new
- how to 3. Co-create synergy : priority and synergy among BU and BG

Day 2 : O mainly , by conducting 2 case study " Philip " & " Taiwan Cement " to check where " CSOP " imprint .

I am thinking how to apply it to A Zone , no matter how local , how remotes and how small , basic is the same , value stays
