What should I do with my entering cold status ?

It's not a Cold War , but it certainly bring our relationship down to a cold place - literary and physically ...
distance creates ambiguity, distance create coldness , distance create unease feeling . And I am about to experience it . Should I and do I ?
I don't complain her but I think right now I have the intention to be cool down first , all the oral conversation lead to quarrel and drive to the dead ally , I am silk to see the possible outcome which I don't want to . So calm down and cool down first .
