Jason's mind map and road map

Now 38 , Jason draw his 5 of 4 years plan and see it clearly by age 58 , be the leader in this country is follow his political career path .
And yes , you can tell he shows his trust in you and willing to take this coaching program - from his own initiatives .
Basic info
1. Left home by 17 , not a happy immediate family .
2. Father working in night market with financial problem . Ask money from Jason all the time .
3. " I probably can't say I love you to my father " I see the vulnerability in his eyes
4. Siblings don't get alone , the area I am weak also
5. Wife is my working partner. We want to have kids
6. Yes I build my circle of friends but this is not a pure reflective relationship
7. I have 2 coaches before : one I think I am not trust him , the other one use to be my subordinate- well how can he coach me ?
8. More Oriental leaning and inner searching is what I aim for .
9. We focus on " change " and " better " it's either change for better ( improving) or " better change "( train is coming )
10. Learn from leaders in business world
11. Life academy is difficult to me , I can't really open in the big group ( Perfect image / defense / mask / trust )
12. Questions to me :
- why : passion is when talent meet your good at , and is there is " need " you produce many by product
- Mastery : skill / art / magic
- I participant and do peer leaning or simply listens
- a feeding to seeking leaning .
- TED is put on new cloth but nothing inside
