A Zone year end party

We call it a " Appreciation Evening " for employer to show their gratitude to all
employees for what they've contributed.
I am not buy in this mindset but have to follow this routine . I have not been the host or representative to owner for many years and almost forget how to be a " Host "
My paradigm shift is : if I am not happy , non of our a Zone employee joint this party will feel the appreciation comes. So I reset and empty all the stereotypes of YEP.
Came earlier and take 90 minutes to congratulate those who appointed to be section / division head for 2027. KC ask me to conduct one " how to lead " session as a training course for them , well , should I ?

Panay is so naive - straight ask if we can accept one aboriginal people as staff since he is keen in working in our park ? What ? It's not a charity ... so this is another lesson learned. Panay's husband preach me how to do better in Huilien... seems to me everyone had his / her own agenda .. I just need to ignore it ... don't let it show on my face .
